Exercise Log

Back in the day I used to keep a pretty tight running log, but with the advent of computers (I did say “back in the day, right?) I discovered that I didn’t like keeping pen and paper journals, diaries, logs or anything.  Writing has become rather tedious (worthy of a blog post itself, I imagine).  Struggling with keeping track of my physical activity, I’ve decided to use Google Docs, create a chart and log it here.

Goal by May: Run 10 miles, Bike 50 miles, Swim 1 mile
The only decent pool is far from my house so I’m not sure how often I’m going to get there. Depends on how motivated I get, I suppose.
